Mockup 3D Models with a Clay Effect in Adobe Dimension
This Adobe Dimension tutorial will teach you how to mockup 3D models with a clay surface effect. The clay surface effect can be applied to any 3D model in Adobe Dimension, whether it's from the 'Starter Assets' list, or a 3D model you have downloaded from Adobe Stock or other third party site. This tutorial starts by importing your 3D model and adding it into the scene. You can remove any existing textures for; Colour, Opacity, Roughness, Metallic, Glow and Normal by opening up the different panels respectively and clicking the 'Remove File' icon. Alternatively, you can simply select the 'Matte' material and drag it on to your 3D model in the scene. Turn Your Panoramas and Landscapes to Three Dimensional Globes with Photoshop! Learn how to properly use the “Polar Coordinates” filter to create a seamless sphere out of a picture, hence creating the tiny planet effect. In this tutorial, we will turn flat pictures into 3D spheres. Starting with preparing the image, we will clean the sky and match the seam of both the ends of the image. Then, we will apply the “Polar Coordinates” filter to create the sphere. After that, we will add special effects and change the background to make it look like a planet.
