Using the advanced features of Blur Gallery & Path Blur, learn how to control the direction and intensity of blur at each point of the image to mimic the rough strokes of a brush. In this tutorial, we will focus on the concept of "End Speed" to create the painting effect. We will then learn to combine multiple filters and also use masks to selectively apply different amounts in different areas, thus controlling properties of the effect, like, size of the brush and the spread of color.
